Adhyāya-III Pada-1

atha tṛtīyādhyāye prathamaḥ pādaḥ||
1| atha rāja-janitābhyāṁ yoge yoge leyānmeṣādhipaḥ|
2| ucca-nīca-svāṁśavatī tādṛśa dṛṣṭiśca śubha- mātṛdṛṣṭe yadi mahārājaḥ||
3| leya lābhayoḥ parakāle||
4| lābha leyābhyāṁ sthānagaḥ||
5| tatra śukra candrayoḥ yānavantaḥ|
6| tatraśaniketubhyāṁ gaja turagādhīśaḥ||
7| śukra kuja ketuṣu svabhāgya dāreṣu sthiteṣu rājānaḥ||
8| pitṛlābha dhāna prāṇyeṣu ca||
9| patnīlābhayoḥ samānaḥ kālaḥ||
10| bhāgya dārayorgrahayuktāḥ samānāḥ sāṁpratam||
11| tatra ucce kara saṁkhyā rājyaṁ ca||
12| pitṛdhārmayorleyalābhayorguraucandre śubha dug maṇḍalāntaḥ||
13| tatra budhā guru dṛgyoge yuvarājo vā||
14| tasminnacce nīce pitṛlābhayoḥ śrīmantaḥ||
15| sva bhāvanāmābhyāṁ śukracandradṛgyogayoḥ||
16| tatra śubha vargeṣu śrīmantaḥ||
17| dāraśulayoścandre gurau||
18| śule candre rigurau dhāneṣu śubheṣu rājānaḥ||
19| patnīlābhayośca||
20| evamaṁśato dṛkāṇataśca||
21| leya lābhayoścandre gurau śubha dṛgyoge mahāntaḥ||
22| lābhe candre’pi||
23| pāpa yogābhāve śubha dṛgyogāni ca||
24| tatra śubha dṛgyoge rāja preṣyaḥ||
25| śubha varjyeṣu nnkoṇaḥ kendro vā||
26| svāṁśayoge rājavaṁśyaḥ||
27| uccāṁśe tādṛśa dṛṣṭiśca rājā rājavaṁśyo vā||
28| aśubha dṛgyogātracet tathāpi pacetra||
29| paṁcamāṁśe pade’pi sameṣu śabheṣu rājāno vā||
30| sva leya meṣābhyām rāja cinhāni||

अथ तृतीयाध्याये प्रथमः पादः॥
१। अथ राज-जनिताभ्यां योगे योगे लेयान्मेषाधिपः।
२। उच्च-नीच-स्वांशवती तादृश दृष्टिश्च शुभ- मातृदृष्टे यदि महाराजः॥
३। लेय लाभयोः परकाले॥
४। लाभ लेयाभ्यां स्थानगः॥
५। तत्र शुक्र चन्द्रयोः यानवन्तः।
६। तत्रशनिकेतुभ्यां गज तुरगाधीशः॥
७। शुक्र कुज केतुषु स्वभाग्य दारेषु स्थितेषु राजानः॥
८। पितृलाभ धान प्राण्येषु च॥
९। पत्नीलाभयोः समानः कालः॥
१०। भाग्य दारयोर्ग्रहयुक्ताः समानाः सांप्रतम्॥
११। तत्र उच्चे कर संख्या राज्यं च॥
१२। पितृधार्मयोर्लेयलाभयोर्गुरौचन्द्रे शुभ दुग् मण्डलान्तः॥
१३। तत्र बुधा गुरु दृग्योगे युवराजो वा॥
१४। तस्मिन्नच्चे नीचे पितृलाभयोः श्रीमन्तः॥
१५। स्व भावनामाभ्यां शुक्रचन्द्रदृग्योगयोः॥
१६। तत्र शुभ वर्गेषु श्रीमन्तः॥
१७। दारशुलयोश्चन्द्रे गुरौ॥
१८। शुले चन्द्रे रिगुरौ धानेषु शुभेषु राजानः॥
१९। पत्नीलाभयोश्च॥
२०। एवमंशतो दृकाणतश्च॥
२१। लेय लाभयोश्चन्द्रे गुरौ शुभ दृग्योगे महान्तः॥
२२। लाभे चन्द्रेऽपि॥
२३। पाप योगाभावे शुभ दृग्योगानि च॥
२४। तत्र शुभ दृग्योगे राज प्रेष्यः॥
२५। शुभ वर्ज्येषु न्न्कोणः केन्द्रो वा॥
२६। स्वांशयोगे राजवंश्यः॥
२७। उच्चांशे तादृश दृष्टिश्च राजा राजवंश्यो वा॥
२८। अशुभ दृग्योगात्रचेत् तथापि पचेत्र॥
२९। पंचमांशे पदेऽपि समेषु शभेषु राजानो वा॥
३०। स्व लेय मेषाभ्याम् राज चिन्हानि॥
